What is the cheapest way to try Anandam before committing to a full training?
Our yoga retreat in Eifel starts from €900 (5 nights + breakfast) and runs on the same dates as the 50-hour specialty courses. It is the ideal way to experience the school, the teachers, and the location before committing to a full certification.

Is the 300-hour training relevant for German health insurance (ZPP)?
Yes. The 500-hour pathway (200hr + 300hr) at Anandam Germany is ZPP eligible, which means German students and residents can potentially offer yoga classes reimbursable through German health insurance (Krankenkasse). This is unique to Anandam among traditional Indian lineage schools in the region.

Can I attend the 50-hour courses without a teaching certification?
Yes. All 50-hour specialty courses (Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama) are open to all yoga practitioners regardless of certification. Certified teachers (RYT 200+) additionally earn YACEP continuing education hours.
