No, you don’t have to bring your own mat. We provide Yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, cushions and blankets.
No, accommodation is not included in the course fee. We offer different accommodation options. You can see the prices on the respective course page and all meals are included in the price. In the booking form you can choose the type of accommodation you would like to add. The full price (tuition fee, accommodation and food) will be displayed then.
