50 Hours Yin Yoga Training Bali

Yoga Styles: Yin Yoga Stillness in the body, steadiness of breath, calmness of the mind

Yin Yoga offers a perfect balance to the strong, heated yang practices like Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, or Vinyasa Flow. Guided by the moon’s tranquil energy, Yin Yoga cultivates coolness and calmness in both body and mind. This passive and meditative yoga style involves holding poses for one to ten minutes, allowing you to fully access and nurture the yin tissues such as joints and fascia.

Through the stillness of the body achieved in Yin Yoga, a profound stillness of the mind follows, helping you to uncover and realize your true nature.

In our asana alignment lab we will break down the postural alignment of the postures and you will be taught verbal and hands on feel-good adjustment to guide your students safely through your classes.
