We designed this 200 h Yoga Teacher training with a strong foundation in traditional Hatha Yoga, the asana based practice all other physical styles are developed from. Apart from that we are going to explore Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga and Nada Yoga. To ensure the quality of our course and to help you track your progress we will have weekly quizzes, one final written exam and a practical exam in which you are going to teach a Yoga class of your choice.

To understand Yoga you have to know where this ancient science has its roots and how it developed. We want you to learn that Yoga asana is only one part of the Yoga system and how you can implement the basic yogic principles into your daily life. We will introduce you to the Sanskrit language, take you to back to the origins of Yoga, make our way through its history and discover how it found its way to the west. We will clear up misconceptions about Yoga and cover important Yoga scriptures to help you understand the ancient teachings and their relevance today.

Every day you will get the chance to deepen your own asana practice by practicing different styles of Yoga asana. We encourage you to cultivate a regular self-practice, as this will be the foundation of all your teachings in the future. Let it be your source of energy and inspiration to thrive.
