100 hours Ashtanga Training Germany

Yoga Styles: Ashtanga Vinyasa

Ashtanga Vinyasa, often referred to simply as Ashtanga, is a dynamic and structured style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of asanas that are linked through the synchronization of breath and movement. This vigorous Yoga style was developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in the 20th century, Ashtanga Vinyasa is rooted in the ancient teachings of the Yoga Kurunta and draws inspiration from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

It is the foundation of all vinyasa, power and flow styles that are popular in the west.
