50 hours Yoga Nidra Training Germany

Yoga Styles: Yoga Nidra

“For absolute relaxation you must remain aware. This is Yoga Nidra, the state of dynamic sleep” ~ Swami Satyananda Saraswati

Through Yoga Nidra we induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The consciousness is functioning on a deeper level awareness. In this state between wakefulness and sleep, contact with the subconscious and unconscious dimensions occurs automatically and spontaneously.

In this Yoga Nidra Yoga Teacher Training in the serene Eifel national park in Heimbach, Germany, we introduce you to the art of Yoga Nidra. You will learn more about its self-healing properties in dissolving physical, emotional and mental blockages and how it can be used to prevent stress-related diseases like burn-out and anxiety.
