Daily Yoga asana practice

Each day offers a thoughtfully designed Yoga asana practice with balancing sequences to increase flexibility and strength. We provide modifications to suit all levels, ensuring you find comfort and growth in every session.

Yoga styles included:

  • Traditional Hatha Yoga
  • Yin Yoga

Our morning Yin asana practice is followed by pranayama and meditation to center your mind, calm the nervous system, and prepare you for a mindful day. These practices aim to deepen self-awareness, reduce stress, balance the energies and bring clarity and calm into each moment.

This retreat encourages self-reflection through daily journaling giving you specific questions to work with. This gives you space to explore insights, get a deeper understanding of yourself, cultivate awareness, and track your personal growth.

Workshops - The Art of Yogic Living

In the Yoga Philosophy workshop, we’ll dive into the Eight Limbs of Yoga – a foundational guide for leading a balanced, mindful life, both on and off the mat. These workshops provide practical insights to enrich your practice and your life!
