You are exploring Ayurvedic Knowledge on a diet taken and what to eat as per your dosha. So you will get a chance to experience authentic Ayurveda nutrition guidelines. 

Apart from Yoga sessions and meditation, nutrition performs a significant role in the yogic lifestyle. The food we consume has a massive impact on how we feel and perceive the world. We have added a Cooking session as part of the retreat where we want to share our knowledge about integrating the yogic diet into your life in different theories. 

  • At the retreat, you will get three ayurvedic meals per day according to your body type. We share the basic principles and qualities of the three doshas from Ayurveda and how to eat for balance.
